Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our team in Al Giza Mohandessin. In this role you will contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote our products and services, and convert conversations into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to present product offerings.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and close sales.
• Answer inquiries professionally and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing leads, nurture relationships and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently and provide clear product information.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly sales goals.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a persuasive approach.
• Reliability to work the scheduled shift from Sunday to Thursday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and tracking.
