About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers by phone, promoting our products or services, and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers (leads) to promote products or services.
- Follow up with existing customers and nurture strong relationships.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
