Telesales Specialist – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh‑graduate Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. This entry‑level position offers full training and the chance to develop your phone‑based selling skills while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and support team objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Recently graduated with a degree in any discipline, preferably Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasive attitude and passion for sales.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good listening skills and ability to handle objections gracefully.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM software (a plus).
