Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns. Working in a hybrid model from Maadi, Cairo, you will quickly engage prospects, qualify their needs and pass fully qualified, sales‑ready opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with new leads within 5–15 minutes via phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Conduct qualification calls using a standard questionnaire to capture company size, activity, existing systems, pain points, required modules, budget and decision timeline.
• Log all interactions, notes and contact stages accurately in the CRM and follow up with non‑responsive leads according to a defined sequence.
• Schedule product demos or meetings with the appropriate Account Executive and provide a detailed qualification summary before each meeting.
• Redirect non‑ready leads back to marketing nurture tracks and document reasons for disqualification.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, quality scores, sources and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, telesales or inside sales; software/ERP experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to handle initial objections without deep sales negotiation.
• Strong business acumen to understand client needs and translate them into software requirements.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
