Tenant Coordination Manager – Commercial Property

About the role

The Tenant Coordination Manager will support Al-Futtaim Group’s Commercial Property Management function, overseeing the operational, financial and community performance of a commercial office portfolio. The role ensures compliance with lease obligations, landlord requirements and statutory regulations while driving occupancy, tenant satisfaction and asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and commercial performance of the office portfolio to maximise occupancy and long‑term asset value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead tenant engagement initiatives, resolve escalations and implement community programmes.
• Identify and deliver asset‑enhancement projects that improve efficiency, sustainability and tenant experience.
• Oversee service‑charge budgeting, financial reporting, cost recovery and optimisation in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure effective maintenance, service delivery and business continuity.
• Supervise tenant fit‑out approvals, technical reviews and project execution, ensuring compliance with lease and statutory requirements.
• Monitor property performance, KPIs, budgets and tenant‑satisfaction metrics, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the property‑management team, fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial office portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Leadership experience to coach and develop a property‑management team.
