Tenant Coordination Manager – Commercial Property

About the role

Support the Commercial Property Management function by overseeing the operational, financial and community performance of a commercial office portfolio. The role manages tenant relationships, service charge administration and asset enhancement initiatives while ensuring compliance with lease obligations, landlord requirements and statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and commercial performance of the office portfolio to maximise occupancy, tenant retention and long‑term asset value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑quality tenant experience.
• Lead tenant engagement initiatives, resolve escalations and implement community programmes that enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, develop and deliver asset‑enhancement projects that improve efficiency, sustainability and overall asset performance.
• Oversee service‑charge budgeting, financial reporting, cost recovery and optimisation in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure effective maintenance, service delivery and business continuity.
• Manage tenant fit‑out approvals, technical reviews and project execution, ensuring compliance with lease and statutory requirements.
• Monitor property performance, KPIs, budgets and tenant‑satisfaction metrics, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the property‑management team, fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property or office portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of lease obligations, service‑charge administration and statutory regulations.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to drive tenant engagement, resolve issues and implement community initiatives.
• Track record of delivering asset‑enhancement and cost‑optimisation projects.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing a property‑management team.
