Tenant Coordinator – MEP (Real Estate & Asset Management)

About the role

The Tenant Coordinator will support the handover and fit‑out of residential units, ensuring compliance with developer specifications and community standards. You will act as the main liaison between tenants, contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver a seamless resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant fit‑out activities and ensure they meet approved drawings, developer specifications and community guidelines.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth move‑in, renovation and maintenance processes.
• Conduct site inspections, identify non‑compliance issues and monitor quality, safety and operational standards.
• Track maintenance activities for tenant units and common areas, following up on preventive and corrective actions.
• Support property and community enhancement initiatives in line with operational objectives.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on fit‑out progress, maintenance activities, site inspections and overall operational performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit‑out, construction, property management or a related field, preferably in real estate or residential development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety and compliance.
