Tenant Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a conscientious and driven Tenant Relations Manager to join our Property Management team at Savills Egypt. The role focuses on handling tenant requests, queries and complaints while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering high‑quality service. You will act as the primary liaison between tenants and multiple internal teams to support the smooth operation of our assets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate tenant queries, complaints and issues to relevant teams and ensure timely feedback and resolution.
• Administer the Tenant Issue and Complaints Resolution process and enforce compliance with the Tenant Handbook.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Security, Facility Management, Finance, Legal and other departments to deliver projects and campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of tenants, building strong relationships and supporting short‑, medium‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Collect and analyse monthly and annual audited sales reports from tenants.
• Support leasing activities: respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, conduct initial negotiations and assist the Leasing Committee.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue targets, renew leases and develop strategies for potential vacancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in tenant relations or a similar property management role.
