Tender Engineer

About the role

The Tender Engineer will support tendering and estimation activities by reviewing tender documents, preparing quantities and pricing, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. The role ensures competitive technical and commercial offers that meet project requirements and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs and scope of work.
• Prepare and verify quantities based on drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare RFQs, collect quotations and compare supplier/subcontractor offers.
• Assist in material and equipment cost estimation and BOQ pricing.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and other departments for clarifications.
• Prepare tender comparison sheets, commercial summaries and support final tender submission.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related).
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, estimation, contracting or construction.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
