Tender / Estimation Engineer – Interior Finishing

About the role
We are seeking a Tender / Estimation Engineer specialized in interior finishing to support our projects in New Cairo. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, compiling tender documents, and collaborating with design and procurement teams to secure competitive bids.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for interior finishing works.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial tender proposals in line with client requirements.
- Analyse market rates for finishing materials and perform cost‑benefit assessments.
- Review tender documents, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure alignment on specifications and pricing.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in tendering and estimation for interior finishing projects.
- Proven ability to work with residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and time‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Revit (preferred)
