Territory Sales Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will drive rapid sales growth for ALIGNA®'s digital orthodontic solutions across Cairo. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the primary commercial contact for new customers, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring strong customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through efficient territory planning, prospecting, and quarterly/annual sales plans.
• Lead commercial conversations with orthodontists and general dentists, drive enrolment, and ensure smooth case flow via the ALIGNA® portal and loyalty program.
• Partner with Marketing to localise and execute commercial programs, promotions, and campaigns, tracking results and optimising ROI.
• Monitor territory cases, clinical scores, and loyalty points; provide regular updates to customers and internal teams while maintaining 360° communication with clinical, service, and commercial stakeholders.
• Serve as field lead for finance, discounts, offers, and promotions, ensuring compliance and sharing market intelligence to shape product positioning and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field or Business Administration (Dentistry a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dental products, capital equipment, or related B2B sales.
• Full professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
