About the role
Elegance Travel is looking for a full‑time Ticket Agent to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them choose routes, schedules and fares that fit their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Process ticket bookings, issue tickets and handle changes or cancellations.
- Provide clear information on travel options, company policies and fees.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate with colleagues to guarantee smooth operations.
- Follow company procedures and use ticketing systems efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong sales and reservation experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Attention to detail, organized and reliable.
- Ability to work punctual and handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn ticketing/reservation software.
