About the role

GOLD ERA is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to drive brand presence and sales within retail channels in Cairo. You will translate marketing objectives into compelling trade programs and support the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies aligned with sales targets.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in‑store activations across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution and gather market insights.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to optimise trade initiatives.
• Manage budgets and resources to maximise ROI on trade marketing projects.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful trade campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail and wholesale environments and shopper behaviour.
