Traffic Agent – Cairo Airport

About the role
Aviary is looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Traffic Agent to support passenger boarding operations at Cairo Airport. You will work closely with the ramp and shift teams to ensure a smooth, timely, and secure boarding process for all travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all flight clearance paperwork.
- Set up and manage the boarding gate.
- Coordinate with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer for VIP, PRM and transit passengers.
- Ensure passengers are ready for boarding at the appropriate time.
- Oversee on‑time boarding and maintain a secure gate area.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work any shift, holidays and overtime during critical periods.
- Customer support experience (phone and face‑to‑face).
