Trainer – US Experience

About the role

Foundever® is looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that boost employee performance across technical and soft‑skill areas. You will work closely with managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure the workforce has the tools and knowledge needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver in‑person, virtual and blended training sessions.
• Create training manuals, e‑learning modules and other learning resources.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Track progress, gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and manage training calendars.
• Continuously refine training methods based on feedback and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably with US‑based audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt to varied learning styles.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms and training tools.
