Training Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Training Content Specialist to join EYouth’s learning platform. The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding and coordinating qualified trainers and content partners to deliver high‑quality, market‑relevant courses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach qualified trainers, subject‑matter experts and content partners, presenting the EYouth model and securing onboarding.
• Evaluate proposed course ideas to ensure alignment with strategic learning categories.
• Coordinate with instructors during course preparation, including outlines, materials and structure.
• Manage documentation such as agreements, forms and content checklists, ensuring completeness.
• Monitor production timelines, follow up on deliverables and guarantee timely release of learning materials.
• Collaborate with academic and production teams to maintain consistent content quality standards.
• Track the content acquisition pipeline and produce periodic onboarding progress reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in content acquisition, partnerships, business development or related learning roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior exposure to EdTech platforms, online learning or digital content companies is preferred.
• Proven ability to source and onboard trainers or subject‑matter experts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Effective coordination, time‑management and ability to work under deadlines.
