Training Programs Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Training Programs Coordinator to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that support our employees’ growth. The role will partner with managers and subject‑matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage internal training sessions, workshops and e‑learning courses.
• Develop training materials, presentations and evaluation tools.
• Coordinate logistics, venues and virtual platforms for learning events.
• Track attendance, collect feedback and report on training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and propose development solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in training, learning & development or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
