Travel Advisor (Bilingual French-English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Travel Advisor who can assist clients in planning and booking their trips. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized travel solutions, guide customers through the entire travel journey, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings.
• Provide travel recommendations based on preferences and budgets.
• Create customized itineraries and travel plans.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel policies, and necessary documentation.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Resolve booking issues and address customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
• Build strong relationships and support upselling or cross‑selling of travel services when appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English; bilingual French‑English is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
