Travel Advisor – Customer Service Role

About the role
Concentrix Egypt is looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors to join its June batch. The position is full‑time, onsite in 6th of October City, and focuses on assisting customers with travel‑related queries and bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel services.
- Provide accurate information on flight, hotel, and package options.
- Assist customers in booking, modifying, or cancelling travel arrangements.
- Resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
Required profile
- Graduates or dropouts with Egyptian nationality.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Flexible and willing to work night and overnight shifts.
- Ready to start immediately.
