Travel Consultant

About the role

Thomas Cook Tours is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join its on-site team. In this role you will help clients design and manage their travel itineraries, from flights and hotels to complete holiday packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel and holiday package bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Provide expert travel advice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
• Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations efficiently.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems, specifically Amadeus.
