About the role
Thomas Cook Tours is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join its on-site team. In this role you will help clients design and manage their travel itineraries, from flights and hotels to complete holiday packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel and holiday package bookings for domestic and international travel.
- Provide expert travel advice and deliver excellent customer service.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
- Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with GDS systems, specifically Amadeus.
