Travel Counselor

About the role

The Travel Counselor will work from our Al Manşūrah office, providing end‑to‑end travel planning and booking services for both individual and corporate clients. You will ensure a seamless experience, from initial inquiry through to the final itinerary, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers and tours.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure all travel documents are prepared.
• Collaborate with partner travel agencies and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients throughout the travel process.
• Handle post‑booking support, addressing changes, cancellations and any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and proven customer‑service expertise.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience managing travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodations.
• Familiarity with travel‑agency operations and the broader tourism industry.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
