Travel Sales Representative

About the role
The Travel Sales Representative will join Vienna Travel’s Cairo office to promote and sell a range of travel packages, including customized itineraries, group tours and corporate travel solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding customers from the first inquiry through booking and post‑travel support, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages and services.
- Sell flights, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
- Prepare quotations and process bookings in coordination with operations and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and social media.
- Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide pre‑travel, in‑travel and post‑travel customer support.
- Stay updated on travel offers, promotions and industry trends.
- Prepare daily or monthly sales reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional customer‑service attitude.
