Treasury Accountant (Preferably with Odoo Experience)

About the role

The Treasury Accountant will manage all cash inflows and outflows for the company, ensuring accurate recording and safeguarding of cash assets. This position works closely with the Chief Accountant and banking partners to maintain robust treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive cash and checks, issue official receipts, and process payments to suppliers, employees, and other approved expenditures.
• Record all treasury transactions promptly in the ERP system (Odoo) and keep cash balance records up‑to‑date.
• Perform daily physical cash counts, reconcile them with system balances, and prepare treasury reconciliation reports.
• Prepare daily bank deposits, coordinate check collections with banks, and maintain accurate banking transaction records.
• Maintain organized filing of treasury documents for audits and internal reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and treasury operations.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
