Treasury Manager - EAMEI

About the role

Air Liquide is looking for a Treasury Manager for its EAMEI / HHC GBU unit, based in Cairo. The role manages bank relationships and group compliance, supports local CFOs and ensures affiliates have enough funds to run their operations, and acts as the direct point of contact with local CFOs, GBS and clusters on treasury matters. It also supports Corporate Finance on short- and long-term funding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Treasury projects, own cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, and cover corporate finance CoE responsibilities for funding and capital structure
• Manage all Treasury, Payments and Cash Management activities, including financial risk management (FX, interest rate, banking, cash flow) and insurance management, including FX hedges, coverage validation and BCP
• Own cash and liquidity management with entities and ALEBS, maintain local cash pooling, supervise weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly actuals, and help affiliates improve DSO, DIO and DPO
• Support short- and long-term funding and customer financing projects, control bank covenants and loan maturities, and drive factoring and supply chain financing where applicable
• Ensure quality of deliverables, SLA compliance, process improvement, internal control reviews and fraud/dispute handling
• Manage bank relationships with Local CFOs, define KPIs, administer bank portals, reduce bank accounts and fees, and schedule regular bank performance reviews

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Management or similar, with a formal treasury qualification
• 7+ years of experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Treasury and cash management experience
• Shared service center experience
• Multinational company experience desirable
