UC L3 Technical Expert – Business Talk & Microsoft Platforms

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a UC L3 Technical Expert to provide expert-level support for Microsoft Teams, Business Talk, Direct Routing and related cloud technologies. This senior position acts as the final escalation point before vendor involvement, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of unified communications services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve advanced and critical incidents affecting Microsoft Teams tenants, AudioCodes SBCs, and Business Talk voice services.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for major incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Lead technical recovery during service outages and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Execute complex change requests, platform upgrades, migrations and validate outcomes.
• Participate in release cycles, new feature implementations and pre‑HOTO/HOTO service acceptance.
• Support technical design reviews, customer audits and maintain documentation.
• Share knowledge through training, mentoring and internal knowledge‑base updates.
• Contribute to presales activities, RFP responses and solution design when required.

Required profile

• Strong experience in unified communications environments, particularly Microsoft Teams and related voice platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high‑severity incidents and lead cross‑functional recovery efforts.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
