Utilities & Reliability Engineer

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Utilities & Reliability Engineer to lead proactive initiatives that improve asset reliability and safety across its 6 October manufacturing site. You will work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement best‑in‑class reliability methodologies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance across the site.
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of engineering standards aimed at enhancing asset reliability and reducing costs.
• Provide technical support to operations and engineering, coordinating with external service providers as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report asset performance data and KPIs to guide site‑wide improvement plans.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for asset performance, owning specific reliability improvement projects.
• Ensure all parts and installations meet up‑to‑date industry best practices and site standards.
• Support the development and execution of the site maintenance planning process and fault diagnosis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations or maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS and reliability‑focused maintenance methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
