UX/UI Designer

About the role

As a UX/UI Designer at Bupa in Cairo, you will create simple, seamless digital experiences that help customers access health care services across web and mobile platforms. You will work within a collaborative team from early concept through launch, ensuring the designs are intuitive, accessible and aligned with Bupa’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, user‑centred designs and journeys.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate ideas and uncover needs.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, journey maps and interactive prototypes.
• Use Figma to develop high‑fidelity designs and maintain design systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present concepts, gather feedback and iterate.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work across devices.
• Manage the full design process from discovery to launch.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role.
• Strong user‑centred mindset and ability to work in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Ability to apply and evolve visual design standards.
