UX/UI Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape its product and marketing experiences. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive, high‑converting interfaces for the core platform, landing pages and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows and integrations for the Base360.ai core product.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages and demo flows.
• Define, maintain and evolve the company design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, product managers and engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for B2C SaaS products.
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
