Value Engineering Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Value Engineering Specialist to improve project efficiency through functional and cost analysis. The role delivers innovative engineering solutions that maximize value while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Value Engineering methodologies to analyze project functions, systems, and costs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality and performance.
• Review designs, drawings, and specifications to propose cost‑effective alternatives.
• Support estimation and pricing teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams and participate in VE workshops.
• Prepare analytical reports, document alternative solutions, and present recommendations to management or clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in Value Engineering, cost engineering, or design.
• Strong knowledge of Value Engineering methodologies; SAVE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
