Vendor Account Manager (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our vendors, ensuring smooth partnerships and effective brand collaboration. The role involves managing daily brand relationships, onboarding new brands, and supporting contract negotiations within our Cairo office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for vendors, addressing their needs and resolving issues to maintain effective partnerships.
• Manage daily brand relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
• Coordinate onboarding of new brands and align them with company standards.
• Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and KPIs, proactively addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with inventory, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimise product assortment and availability.
• Support contract management and negotiation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, product details, and pricing.
• Identify new vendor opportunities in line with market trends and company goals.
• Facilitate timely resolution of vendor‑related challenges or discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related store roles.
