Vendor Acquisition Specialist – Marketplace Growth

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Vendor Acquisition Specialist to expand our marketplace by sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing vendor partnerships across key home product and service categories. The role is fully remote and focuses first on vendors in Saudi Arabia, followed by markets in the EU, Turkey, and China.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard vendors that align with category growth targets.
• Build and continuously optimize a personal vendor acquisition pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Ensure vendors meet catalog, operational, SLA, and go‑live requirements.
• Drive vendor activation, long‑term engagement, and compliance with performance metrics.
• Manage a personal portfolio of vendor accounts within assigned categories.
• Collaborate with CX, Marketing, and headquarters to support campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Track and report vendor performance metrics to management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor acquisition, marketplace growth, or related trade operations.
• Background in e‑commerce, digital commerce, retail ecosystems, FMCG, or fast‑growing digital businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor pipeline and KPI performance.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of vendor or merchant accounts.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Established network of vendors within home‑related industries.
