Vendor Operations Associate – Amazon Now

About the role

The Vendor Operations Associate will join Amazon Now’s Vendor Operations team to help vendors succeed on the Amazon platform. You will guide vendors in using Amazon tools, manage purchase orders and shipments, and support day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support, including PO management and shipment tracking.
• Interact directly with vendors, manufacturers and customers to resolve issues, improve performance and maintain accurate records.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as in‑stock managers, vendor managers, program managers and fulfillment partners to enhance operational metrics.
• Identify and correct errors, manage inventory levels and support vendor performance improvement.
