About the role
Amazon's Now team is seeking a motivated Vendor Operations Associate to join its vendor operations group. You will collaborate with internal partners such as In‑Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers to streamline processes for key manufacturer product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize vendor‑related workflows.
- Conduct vendor negotiations and ensure operational excellence.
- Support procurement activities and in‑stock management.
- Update product content and perform data analysis to drive decision‑making.
- Monitor multiple deadlines and maintain clear communication with vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- At least 1 year of experience in online retail or e‑commerce merchandising.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
