Vendor Operations Manager

About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform across the UAE and Saudi Arabia and needs a Vendor Operations Manager to drive the performance of third‑party sellers. You will coordinate onboarding, fulfillment and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for both vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day vendor operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse and dark‑store units to resolve vendor‑related issues.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics, including absenteeism, attrition and shift adherence.
• Support new vendor onboarding with documentation, system setup and training.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to vendors.
• Conduct audits of vendor campsites and transportation facilities.
• Prepare reports and analysis on vendor performance for strategic planning.
• Escalate high‑impact issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in vendor operations, supply chain or fulfillment, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships with high attention to detail.
