Video Editor (Social-First Content)

About the role

We are seeking a Video Editor who lives and breathes social‑first content. You will transform raw footage into thumb‑stopping digital experiences for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, while maintaining high‑key quality and fast turnaround.

Key responsibilities

• Craft high‑impact stories by restructuring raw footage with sharp pacing and emotional beats.
• Master the audio mix: clean dialogue, blend voice‑overs, add music and sound design.
• Enhance visuals through color correction, grading, motion graphics, text animation, and slick transitions.
• Maintain flawless organization of project files, assets, and exports.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can take a brief from first cut to final export without hand‑holding.
• Strong ear for audio and instinct for pacing across platforms.
• Proven track record editing high‑performing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube content.
• 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Dual‑fluency in English and Arabic (read, write, edit).
• Positive, collaborative attitude and highly organized work style.
