About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our global support team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service across phone, email, and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide them through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests while maintaining precise records in CRM systems.
• Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets, and participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.
