Visual Storyboard Specialist (Stock Media & AI Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Visual Storyboard Specialist to translate corporate training scripts into detailed visual plans. You will select high‑quality stock footage, generate AI‑based images, and design vector assets that guide our Motion Graphics team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical and corporate scripts to create engaging visual narratives for B2B audiences.
• Search and curate relevant stock video footage and imagery from platforms such as Adobe Stock.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to produce unique visuals when stock media is unavailable.
• Develop comprehensive storyboards mapping visual flow, indicating specific footage, vectors, or AI images for each audio segment.
• Design and modify vector illustrations and typography in Adobe Illustrator for animation readiness.
• Package all assets (video, images, vectors) for seamless hand‑off to Motion Graphics Designers.
• Utilize basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to create rough cuts and verify timing.
• Ensure all assets comply with KnowledgeCity’s brand guidelines and maintain a professional corporate tone.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or visual storytelling.
• Strong command of English and ability to understand complex corporate topics (finance, compliance, IT, etc.).
• Expertise in locating and curating hard‑to‑find stock footage that represents business concepts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with generative AI image tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent visual composition sense suitable for corporate training content.
