Waiter/Waitress – Guest Experience

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress and become the face of exceptional hospitality. You will create memorable moments for guests by delivering friendly, attentive service and ensuring every meal experience shines.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with an upbeat attitude and look for ways to enhance their dining experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized service station throughout the shift.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations to protect guests and team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and shift work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
