Warehouse Manager – Multi‑Site Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will be the operational pillar overseeing a multi‑site warehousing network that supports both B2B distribution and direct walk‑in sales. You will own the full operation of a mega‑warehouse handling bulk inventory and B2B order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all warehouse sites, ensuring each meets its operational standards.
• Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy for receiving, storage, dispatch and returns across locations.
• Lead, schedule and develop warehouse staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to guarantee stock availability for wholesale orders and walk‑in customers.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for stock handling, labeling and movement.
• Monitor and reduce inventory discrepancies, shrinkage and damage.
• Manage inbound shipments from production and outbound dispatch to clients and distribution points, generating regular operational reports for the GM.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of warehousing or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing multi‑site or multi‑zone warehouse operations.
• Background in garments, textiles or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate ground‑level teams.
• Solid organizational and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
