Warehouse Operator – Material Handler III

About the role

Under limited supervision, the Material Handler III works independently to plan and build loads for flat‑bed trailers and weld bays. Using a range of mobile equipment, you will ensure safe, efficient loading and positioning of materials throughout the yard and staging areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and build loads of materials onto flat‑bed trailers for safe over‑the‑road transport (70%).
• Position flat‑bed trailers and arrange material in the yard, loading bays and staging areas (10%).
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective‑action activities (10%).
• Complete required paperwork, scanning and documentation (5%).
• Perform housekeeping, 5S and other assigned duties (5%).

• Ability to work independently with advanced judgment in load planning.
• Commitment to safety, quality, environmental and Zero Harm policies.
• Strong attendance and productivity focus to meet on‑time delivery expectations.
