Warehouse Section Head – Finished Goods

About the role

The Warehouse Section Head – Finished Goods will lead the daily operations of a dedicated warehouse area, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance with safety and quality standards, and smooth workflow for receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all procedures within the assigned warehouse section, including receiving, storage, issuance of finished goods, and dispensing operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and reconcile materials after dispensing.
• Perform timely retest and expiry checks, and follow quality control decisions for approved or rejected goods.
• Oversee calibration of scales, handle returned material processes, and generate required reports for the warehouse manager.
• Supervise, motivate, and allocate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient teamwork.
• Identify and implement process improvements while adapting to fast‑paced operational changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in a similar industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo).
