Warehouse Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Senior Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our 6th of October facility. The role involves managing inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise routine warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure incoming goods are recorded and stored according to established protocols.
• Handle outgoing goods tasks, identify needs, and suggest process improvements.
• Manage site inventory, investigate discrepancies, and follow corrective procedures.
• Lead a team performing routine work and provide direction as needed.
• Carry out inventory‑control activities using existing procedures.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory codes, and obtain approvals for any procedural exceptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, material requirements planning, or supply chain logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data management, inventory tracking, and logistics analytics.
