Warehouse Shift Leader

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader to join its Logistics team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse operations during your assigned shift while leading a team of Warehouse Operators.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily material flows based on production schedules and inventory data.
• Review customer and shipping orders, prioritize work, and dispatch tasks to operators.
• Oversee receipt, labeling, storage, and dispatch of incoming materials.
• Ensure accurate preparation of shipments to match customer specifications.
• Monitor loading, unloading, stacking, and staging activities in designated areas.
• Lead physical inventories, cycle counts, stock rotation, and disposal of obsolete items.
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a warehouse or logistics team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Operation of material handling equipment.
• Use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory control.
• Inventory management and cycle‑count procedures.
