Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient order processing. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain high standards of safety, organization, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Store materials and products in designated locations following company standards.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Update inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries safely.
• Investigate inventory issues and support periodic audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems.
• Forklift certification (if applicable).
