Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations at Hemaya EG, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and shipping of materials. This role coordinates closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal material flow and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, issuing, and shipping activities.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and inspection reports.
• Maintain proper labeling, identification, and preservation of raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and lead annual physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control practices where applicable.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company quality standards.
• Prepare performance reports on inventory accuracy, stock movements, shortages, and obsolete items.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and production inventories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
