Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused warehouse environment. You will lead a team to manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment and enforce Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise order picking, goods‑in and goods‑out operations to minimise handling errors and stock damage.
• Organise regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate visual delivery tracking systems and ensure internal delivery processes meet dispatch windows.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives in partnership with the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and control access to the warehouse.
• Record and communicate shortages, monitor stock levels and manage supplier return packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle warehouse software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
