About the role
We are looking for a Warm Lead Manager to join our remote sales team. You will work exclusively with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services, focusing on guiding them to a final decision and closing the sale.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from warm leads and assess their needs.
- Present tailored solutions that match the prospect’s requirements.
- Navigate objections and steer conversations toward a closing decision.
- Build trust quickly and deliver a world‑class experience on every call.
- Track closed deals and pipeline activity in our CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluent English with clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
- Proven experience in phone sales, high‑ticket sales, or sales closing.
- Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively.
- Self‑driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
