Water Sport Supervisor

About the role

The Water Sport Supervisor will create and manage recreational water‑sport activities for guests at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in the Red Sea region. The role ensures a safe, enjoyable environment while promoting the resort’s leisure facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create activity agendas and promotional materials using publishing software.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and report low stock to management.
• Recruit, register and schedule guests for water‑sport and recreation programs.
• Provide information on facilities, enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents.
• Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
• Support training, motivation and coaching of staff as a role model.
• Handle guest inquiries, telephone etiquette and assist guests with disabilities.
• Process guest transactions and ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to identify unsafe situations and report them promptly.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality.
