Workshop Consultant – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Workshop Consultant to lead the development and management of its Mobility Aftermarket workshop network in Cairo. You will be responsible for expanding the network, ensuring compliance with Bosch Car Service standards, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, control, and develop workshop concepts covering quality, processes, skills, and business development.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new workshop partners, evaluating their business potential.
• Ensure workshops meet Bosch Car Service (BCS) requirements and address audit findings.
• Implement concept packages, achieve economic targets, and maximize workshop turnover.
• Collaborate with sales and technical services to create development plans for workshops.
• Monitor Bosch Service Excellence implementation and guide workshops on campaigns, promotions, and B2C activities.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Participate in national and regional BCS conventions and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or automotive fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management, business development, or sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and the automotive market.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
