YouTube Growth & Content Manager - Financial Markets

About the role

DB Investing, a financial services company specializing in forex and online trading, is hiring a YouTube Growth & Content Manager based in Egypt. The role runs the YouTube channel as its own department, separate from social media, covering strategy, content calendar, scripting, production and growth. It suits someone who has grown a financial markets channel and can back results with numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the channel end-to-end: strategy, positioning, programming, publishing and growth targets.
• Build and run the content calendar across long-form, Shorts and live streams (market outlooks, weekly analysis, trading education, MT5 tutorials, product explainers, events).
• Write or direct scripts, hooks and outlines, and brief presenters, editors and designers.
• Manage production: shooting, editing, thumbnails, captions and publishing with in-house editors, motion designers and freelancers.
• Optimize for discovery: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, playlists, end screens and YouTube search, with structured testing.
• Grow the channel using YouTube Studio data (CTR, retention, returning viewers, subscriber conversion) and expand Arabic-speaking audiences in Egypt and the MENA region.
• Keep content compliant: risk warnings, no performance guarantees, no misleading claims, and YouTube's financial content and advertising rules.
• Build community through comments, live chat, community posts and premieres, and handle negative sentiment judiciously.
• Connect YouTube to acquisition with tracked links, UTMs and pinned comments, and work with performance marketing on YouTube ads and retargeting.
• Report monthly on growth, engagement quality and YouTube-assisted conversions with recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 4 years in YouTube or video content, including 2+ years owning the strategy and growth of a channel in financial markets, trading, investing or fintech.
• A personal growth record on a channel you ran, with subscribers, watch time and views shown in YouTube Studio.
• Fluent professional Arabic and English, read, write and speak.
• Based in Egypt.
• Preferred: forex/CFD brokerage or trading-education channel experience (including MetaTrader 5), live streams, premieres and YouTube Ads, editing skills, and experience with finance creators.

Required skills

• Hands-on YouTube Studio analytics, retention analysis, title and thumbnail testing and YouTube search optimization.
• Scriptwriting for long-form and Shorts, explaining forex, CFDs, spreads, leverage and technical and fundamental analysis clearly.
• Managing video production with editors, designers and presenters to a regular schedule.
• Preferred: editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut, and AI video tools.
